Establishment:

The company was established in 1976, its authorized capital is 2 billion EGP, issued and paid capital is currently one billion EGP and all the shares fully belong to the Egyptian government through the Holding Company for Tourism.

Company Contribution :

The Company shares in 13 joint ventures mainly in the field of tourism. Hotels and tourism development.
Throughout of its history , the company had contributed to the construction , establishment and development of many historic and major hotels which is considered one of the best hotels not only in EGYPT but in The Middle East , for example :

1- Sheraton Cairo Hotel.

2- Meridian Cairo Hotel.

3- San Stefano Hotel.

4- The Nile Hotel.

5- Kalabsha Hotel.

Joint ventures:

The company shares in 15 joint ventures its main business is in the field of tourism and hotels and tourism development with investments in this company and its book value reached to 302.129 million L.E

Hotel Education:

• The company owns three high and two upper- intermediate hotel institutes in Alexandria, Luxor and Ismailia. Which certifying their graduates a Bachelor degree or Diploma in tourism and hotels.
